  1. Free Accommodation:
  • AMRITAPURI, COIMBATORE, and MYSORE campuses offer FREE single rooms with attached baths for pre-registered alumni.
  • Arrival on the same day or a day earlier (not before the 19th) is permitted.
  • Stay period: Jan 19th to 21st.
  1. How to Register for On-Campus Stay:
  • If not registered for the Amrita Alumni Global Meet, register at https://events.alumni.amrita.edu/. Remember your email ID.
  • If already registered, forward the event confirmation email to contacts below. Include:

What if I can’t attend the global meet in person?

No worries at all! You can join us virtually from anywhere in the world. The online participation option ensures that everyone, regardless of location, can be a part of this exciting event.

Can I bring my spouse to the event?

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your spouse and share the joy of this gathering. It's going to be a memorable experience for both of you!

What is the maximum number of guests I can bring?

For this event, we warmly welcome you and your spouse to join us. It's an opportunity to reconnect and create new memories together.

How will I know if my registration is confirmed?

Upon completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain all the necessary details about your participation in the event.

Is there a dress code for the event?

Come as you are! We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the event in your own style. There is no specific dress code.

What is the deadline for registration?

The deadline for registration is 20th January 2024. While we recommend registering early to ensure your spot, we understand busy schedules and have kept the window open until this date for your convenience.

Is there a registration fee for the event?

No, there is no registration fee for the Amrita Alumni Global Meet. The event is open to all alumni at no cost.

The event will feature a diverse and exciting program, including departmental social events, talks by renowned speakers, concerts, and special moments to celebrate achievements.

 

 

Will there be opportunities for networking during the event?

Absolutely! Connect with department peers during the receptions, enjoy networking opportunities during the Music Concert & Buffet Dinner and virtual attendees can connect trough department breakout rooms.
